That is not what "Medain salehs" means. Medain, is a form of the word "Medina" which indeed means city, although Medain seems to be in an incorrect form in which it is plural. "Salehs" is not a word as far as I know. However, "Saleh" is a word, and it means good person, or an opposer to evil, or a reconsiler.

yes it can. Imagine the set 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 well, the mode is obviously 1. there are ten 1s and 10*1/10=1 so the mean is one the median would be (1+1)/2=1 so the data has the same mean, medain and mode.
