Using a line of symmetry. For example, some shapes, such as a heart, will have one, while circles have an infinite number. The letter M has only one, right through the the V-shape in the middle.

Not here. It would resemble a chevron.

Which one is symmetrical number 1 6 3 0 5 4?

0 is symmetrical because when something is symmetrical it can be split down the middle and have two symmetrical sides or two sides that look the same. If you draw your ones like a straight line then it could be symmetrical depending on your teacher. If your teacher allows you to make your symmetrical lines going horizontal instead of vertical then 3 would also be symmetrical. What are symmetrical shapes?

A symmetrical shape is a shape that, if you draw a straight line from one point of it to the other, will cut the shape exactly in half so that the same image is on both sides. For example, if you cut a perfect square in half from top to bottom, or side to side, or diagonal to diagonal, both sides are symmetrical.

How do you draw symmetrical figures?

Is there symmetry in the capital letter L?

No. An object/image has symmetry if you can draw a straight line through it and both sides are symmetrical (where the image looks the same on both sides of the line of symmetry.) There is no angle that you can place a line on the capital letter 'L' and get symmetrical images.

How do you know if a 2-D shape is symmetrical?

if it is identical on both sides when you draw a line... a lot of times you just need to look at it of measure matching sides.

Is D symetrical?

Yes, D is symmetrical. This letter have corresponding parts. Though if you draw a line down the center of D, you can't get two similar halves. But if you draw a horizontal line, you will see them. So the letter D is horizontal symmetry.
