It has been known to be nearly physically impossible (similar with the concept of not being able to lick your elbow; some people have the ability to accomplish the feat) to drink a gallon of milk in one hour. The human body is not capable of consuming that much milk without spewing it back out (i.e. throwing up, barfing, etc.).
If one can barely do it in one hour (those few that can), it is certainly impossible to do it in half of one.
