If you mean how do you factor z2 + 50z + 49, since the coefficient of z2 is 1, you just have to figure out what two numbers when multiplied together give you 49 and when added together give you 50. That's obviously 49 and 1. So...

z2 + 50z + 49 = (z + 49)(z + 1)
