It is not clear whether you have a fraction with high numbers and want to find a simple equivalent fraction or you have a simple fraction but want it with high numbers. I have assumed the first.
The quick way is to find the highest common factor (HCF) of the numerator and denominator and divided both by that number.
If finding the HCF looks difficult, find ANY factor and divide both by that number. Repeat with the new fraction until the HCF is 1. At each stage the fraction will have smaller numbers and so the task becomes easier.
When your class was doing 'lowest terms', you were supposed to notice that whole numbers don't have high or low terms. Only fractions do.

If you need help with fractions, just ask. But the functions will have to be typed in words, such as "one fourth divided by two" or whatever.
It depends on WHAT you are referring to, if you are talking about fractions than it is the denominators( the bottom number), on a number line it is the numbers to the right of the 0 mark or the positives, other than that you need to explain more is it algebra, linear equations, fractions, unit rates, dealing with coefficients, etc. - kyleigh Phillips, 12 Source: high honors in math, been doing algebra since fourth grade, math geek
There are many calculators online that will do that. They will not provide you with any understanding of the process, but they are known for their speed.
Although there are unlimited numbers of sites which can help you find the foods which are high in cholesterol but one site which as most information has to be "http://www.everydayhealth.com/high-cholesterol-pictures/ten-high-cholesterol-foods-to-avoid.aspx#/slide-1"
You draw a flowchart to find maximum and minimum of given 3 input numbers by using all three numbers. You take the low, high and input the middle number between them. You can see the rise, or decline of the chart that way.
higher numbers are very high.
"High school graduate or equivalent" means that a person has completed the required coursework and obtained a diploma from a high school, or has passed an equivalent exam or received an equivalent certification that demonstrates the same level of education.
This is easiest to solve by trial-and-error. Take two consecutive numbers and multiply them, for example, 20 x 21 = 420. Since this is too low, try higher numbers. If your answer is too high, try again with lower numbers, until you find the answer.
If it is unsigned representation (meaning high bit is not sign bit) then it is 7F which has a decimal equivalent of 127. If it is a signed number (meaning high bit is sign bit) then numbers range from decimal -64 to +63
