You cannot. Pound is a measure of mass or of a currency value. A square is (presumably) some measure of area (in unspecified units). The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid without some addition information.
lb is a weight, square yards is an area, they can't be converted
15 lb. has 400 sq. ft. 30 lb. has 200 sq. ft.
To convert from lb/sq. in to kg/sq. cm multiply by 0.0704. (As lb = 0.454kg, sq. in = 6.452 sq. cm and so lb/sq. in = 0.454/6.452 = 0.0704 kg/sq. cm)
If the cubic prism has length L, breadth B and height H, then its surface area is 2*(LB + BH + HL) square units.
15 lb. 400 sq. ft. 30 lb. 200 sq. ft.
There are 144 square inches per square foot. To find lb/in2, divide the lb/ft2 by 144. In this case, 150 lb/ft2 is 1.04 lb/in2. *You can also type these type of unit questions into Google, e.g. "150 lbs/sq ft in lb/sq in" and the calculator will display an answer.

2 lb per 365 sq ft → 2 ÷ 365 lb/sq ft → for 5840 square feet the amount of grass seed needed is given by: 2 ÷ 365 lb/sq ft × 5840 sq ft = 32 lb
15 lb. has 400 sq. ft. 30 lb. has 200 sq. ft.
1 square = 100 square feet x 8 squares = 800 square feet. 15# felt comes in different sizes. Multiply the length of the roll x the width of the roll to find out how many square feet are in a roll. 800 divided by the square feet per roll = how many rolls you need.
