You can't. Whatever the perimeter is, there are an infinite number of rectangles with
different dimensions that all have the same perimeter.
Example:
1 x 11
2 x 10
3 x 9
4 x 8
5 x 7
6 x 6
1/2 x 11.5
all have perimeter of 24.
