if you have a graphing calculator you can use the inverse of Sin( and enter the number of the sides EX. push second then Sin then enter the long leg number divided by the hypotenuse and then push enter (note. this only works on right triangles)

How can you use ratios of the side lengths to find the angle measures of the acute angles in a right triangle?

By using trigonometry that is applicable to a right angle triangle.

How do you find the side length on a triangle with one angle given?

To find side lengths on a triangle, you need to know at least one of the sides. The possible combinations for solving* a triangle are: side, side, side; side, angle, side; angle, side, angle; angle, side, longer side. *To solve a triangle is to find the lengths of all the sides and the measures of all the angles.

true

How do you find the perimeter of a triangle with perpendicular height?

The height of a triangle alone is not enough information to find the perimeter. You need some angle measures or side lengths.

Could you find the two missing angle measures if you knew some of the side lengths of a right triangle?

Divide the shorter leg by the longer, then look it up on the tangent table in any trigonometry text. This will give you the size of the smallest angle.

80 degrees.

How do you find the length of a side of a triangle which is not a right angled triangle given two lengths and an angle?

Depending on which sides and angle are known you would use one of the trigonometry functions.

How do you find the lengths of the sides of a triangle where one angle equals 90 degrees?

If you know the lengths of two sides then use Pythagoras' theorem to find the third side.
