There are many multiplicative combinations that equal 120. For instance:

2 X 60 = 120,

2 X 2 X 30 = 120,

2 X 2 X 2 X 15 = 120, and

2 X 2 X 2 X 3 X 5 = 120.

All of the numbers in the last example above are prime numbers; i.e. they're only divisible by the number 1 and themselves, and can be written like this:

23 X 3 X 5 = 120.

This equation is called the prime factorization of 120, and from the fundamental theorem of arithmetic, we know that this is the unique prime factorization for 120.
