you can never force some one to like you... but you can try to be his or hers best friend. don't be to rass and don't get then to think you are only doing this so you can date. if the boy or girl is dating some one NEVER ask them out other wise every one will think you are boy and girlfriend snatcher. if its your best friend going out with some you really love just wait till the right time comes.

but just think about it. don't go out with them if you know it wont last long because that will just break hearts!!!!
