ok so if you want to get skinnier thin legs like i do these are the things ou have to do...

# 1.do a push up sort of thing like if your climbing the ground in position.

# 2.squat down and do it a little bit faster each time( this will help)

# 3. do a split running position:)

try to do this everyday at least 50x each ( i know you guys are like thats to much but it will help:)
