Nspire_emu is currently the only TI-nSpire calculator available online. A simple google search will lead you in a direction where you can download and install this tool.
None have been made yet, due to the severe programming limitations put in place by TI. User input is minimally available, and programs cannot draw anything. Post by Hagefade: There is now: http://www.ticalc.org/pub/nspire/basic/games/ enjoy!

4 AAA+ like all other TI-Nspire calculators.
Simply put, no. The Nspire CAS does not support the 84+ keypad at the time, so you can't.
You can play Ti-84 games with the 84 keypad but I have yet to find games for the n-Spire CAS. So just download TI-84 games and use the 84 keypad.
One can purchase TI nspire from many websites. The most popular websites to purchase TI nspires from are Quill, eBay, OfficeMax, CostCaptain, and Walmart.

no the data is stored in each keypad seperately so you can download programs like mirage OS onto the 84 plus keypad without affecting the nspire memory
