If and only if the sum of two sides is greater than or equal to the third one, or the difference of two sides is less than or equal to the third one.
If you mean lengths of 33 by 56 by 65 then the given dimensions will form a right angle triangle.
No the given measurements would not make a triangle because in order to construct a triangle the sum of its smallest sides must be greater than its longest side.
One possible conjecture is that their sum is 27. The conjecture is patently false, but that does not stop it being a conjecture.
My conjecture is that the sum is 67. A conjecture does not have to be true, or even plausible. You should be able to test it. If it is found to be true then in is no longer a conjecture, if it is found to be false, it is rejected - and so no longer a conjecture. If it cannot be proved either way, it remains a conjecture.
Nothing. It is always possible to make a duplicate triangle.

Pythagorean thm: a2+b2=c2 72+ 142= 49+196=245 182= 324 Therefore NO; not a rt triangle
No because in order to construct a triangle the sum of its 2 smaller sides must be greater than its longest side.

You can make a conjecture by conducting research or experiments that come out to be unproven. It can appear to be correct but it is actually unproven.
EVIDENCE
You can make whatever conjecture that you want: it does not have to be true or even logical. You could conjecture that the relationship is like the one between the Sun and the Earth!

I won't explain it in depth but the simple answer is because if you take and identical right triangle then you can arrange them to make a rectangle. I've attached a link to an animation showing it rearranging a triangle to show the relationship.
No, it does not make a unique triangle since the 70 degree angle could be at the end of the 3 ft side or the 4 foot side.
