you have to do the elliptical for 2 hours a day. I was skeptical at first too, but it works!
Hanging from a bar will only temporarily cause a slight gain in height.
The only "weight exercise" that will make you gain height is hanging with heavy weights on the downward part of your body, and that only temporarily. Lifting weights builds muscle mass; it has nothing at all to do with how tall you are.
no after age 21 the height is not increased.
That will depend not only on the escape velocity, but also - very importantly - on the object's speed.
If I were you - I'd stop worrying about your height and enjoy your life ! At the age of 12, you're likely net even through puberty yet - so you'll be due a 'growth spurt' when that kicks in ! There is no pill, potion or device that can quickly make you gain height. The only way would be risky painfulsurgery - which, given your age - any reputable surgeon would refuse to do !
No.
by the age of 21, you have fully grown.
No.
Yes
Because I am a 13 year old boy and I am From Philippines, and my height is 5'0 but I am too thin and I weigh about only 30 kilos.
No exercise will help you gain height. You're 17, though and can still grow up until you are 21 or so. Chances are, with taller parents in your gene pool, you *will* still gain some height My Mother is 5'7 and my Dad is 6'0. I'm 5'11 but my older sister is "only" 5'6.
At 20 years now, you might not gain any further height.
