With forced positive thinking and positive self-talk. It may feel a little silly at first but eventually your brain actually learns to believe it.

Some ways to facilitate this are journaling positive things that happened that day, distancing yourself from negative people and questioning your negative thoughts... ask yourself if they are actually true. Chances are they aren't or are dramatizations. If they are true, plan a solution. If not counter them with the positive.
