Each leaf of the tree is one outcome. To take a simple example, consider the tree for three flips of a coin. The root splits into heads/tails, then each of the two branches splits into heads/tails, and finally each of the four branches splits into heads/tails, for 8 possible outcomes. In this simple case, each of the outcomes is equally probable. To find how many outcomes have exactly two heads, follow each branch of the tree, and put a star by the leaf each time you count two heads. You will find three leaves with exactly two heads (HHT, HTH, and THH). Add the probabilities of these three leaves, to discover that the probability of exactly three heads is 3/8.
a sample .... i think
tree diagram?
you ether use a graph tree diagram or web diagram to answer the possible outcomes of the question possible outcomes meaning the number of outcomes the person will have in the probability or divide the number of favourable outcomes by the number of possible outcomes favorible outcomes meaning the number of outcomes all together
William has 4 shirts that he can wear with a choice of 3 different pants. He has 12 different possible outcomes. Why there are 12 possible outcomes: There are twelve possible outcomes because 4 multiplied by 3 is 12. This is called algorthim. Algorithm is when you multiply numbers to get your outcome. There are plenty ways to get or find how many outcomes there are. These ways are a tree diagram, chart, sample spaces, ect. Hope i helped! :)
A tree diagram is the way to identify and count all possible outcomes.

It is a diagram of all possible outcomes of a probability experiment.
A tree diagram is a tool, in probability theory, that helps list all the possible outcomes of a trial and calculate their probabilities.A tree diagram is a tool, in probability theory, that helps list all the possible outcomes of a trial and calculate their probabilities.A tree diagram is a tool, in probability theory, that helps list all the possible outcomes of a trial and calculate their probabilities.A tree diagram is a tool, in probability theory, that helps list all the possible outcomes of a trial and calculate their probabilities.
what does the yellow eclamation light mean
it is a diagram showing the probabilities of the possible outcomes of a genetic cross
tree diagram
Tree diagrams are used in math to see how many possible outcomes there are. The sample space of a tree diagram shows you how many possible outcomes there are.
A tree diagram, don't you think the word "branching" hints a bit too much?
