Hi Julie I managed to get rid of Bispy B by running SpyBot Search and Destroy. My AVG proffessional version picked up on the fact I had this darn thing but for some reason just leaves if in the system. Hope this helps.
I also have AVG and it could not take it off either even though it was updated. I, however, did find an alternative given by grisoft/AVG at the following URL: grisoft.com
I would suggest following its instructions to the letter. If you do, you can then run AVG again and the Virus will have disappeared.
