You cannot. A mixed number, by definition, has a fractional part. In converting to a decimal number, you cannot get rid of that fractional part and so you can never convert it to a decimal integer.

It IS on a Number Line. Set of Integers.

You cannot convert it to a mixed number unless you have a solid number before the decimal point.

First, turn the mixed number into a improper fraction. Then change the improper fraction into a decimal. Then, change it into a percent by moving the decimal point two spaces to the right. Ex: .10 is 10%

With great difficulty as it does not have any integers but as a fraction in its simplest form it is 19/40

Divide the decimal by a 100 which gives: 12 and 47/100

Keep the whole-number-part exactly as it is, and re-write the decimal part as a fraction.

Since the magnitude of the given number is less than 1 it cannot be expressed as a mixed number. It already appears as a decimal number in the question. I suggest that you read your questions before posting them!

Divide the decimal by a 100 which gives: 12 and 47/100

3/10=0.3 Since it is less than one, it cannot be written as a mixed number.

If you have a division sum, such as 53/18, then the divisor of the fractional part of the number will be the denominator of the fractional part of the mixed number. For example, 2 remainder 17 will turn into 2 17/18 or two and seventeen eighteenths. You can then turn the fractional part of the mixed number into a decimal by dividing the numerator by the denominator.
