Flip the fraction top-to-bottom, and delete the minus sign from the exponent.
The plus sign (+) should be at the top of your keyboard. If there is another symbol below it on the same key, then you need to hit "shift" and the "+" sign so it won't print the other symbol that's below it. The minus sign ( - ) should also be at the top of your keyboard. The same instructions apply to it as to the + sign.
In order to type an exponent, use the carrot sign. (It looks like ^ and is under CLEAR.) For example 58 would be 5^8.
If you are using a text application such as Microsoft Word, QuarkXpress, InDesign, etc., you can type "option 5" and that will give you an infinity sign. -Tonypro Or you can type alt+236 and it will show up as ∞

The key combination [Shift]+2 should do for standard keyboards to type the "at" (@) sign.
Type the number and its exponent, and I find it best to even type the next few characters as well. Highlight the exponent and go up to format, font, and chose superscript. This will raise the number up into its proper place for you.
On the keyboard find the < sign and next to it put the number 3, making <3. This works on any standard keyboard.
