Personally, my approach is to use some of them to digest my food, and the rest
of them to track down and destroy other microbes that could be hazardous to my
physical welfare. I have been following this method for several years and I have no
infections or nutritional deficiencies. That proves that my way of using microbes is
correct, beneficial, and effective.
