that is simple first you need to figure out if five eighths is closer to ten or a hundred well its closer to ten now you need to figure out what to multiply it by to get the denominator to ten. so then what ever you multiply it by you must multiply it to the numerator. then what ever the new numerator is is your decimal but with a point next to it here is a perfect example below.
ie.3 times 2 = 6 .6
