I have herd that snow mode is only for when you start your vehicle up and not when driving. I also know when on while driving it will start off in a higher gear to keep wheel spin down but this should be turned off when breaking because it uses more transmission breaking than ABS which causes more sliding. this work on the 2004 rx330 Make sure only the odometer display is on - ie. it is not in trip a or b mode. Once done, press and hold the reset button next on the left next to the steering wheel, then cycle the key to accessories on. The dashes will disappear one by one on the odometer display until gone.
