The answer depends on:

1. your latitude

2. The time of year

3. The time of day

4. The angle of the sun

5. The height of your object that casts a shadow

Note: zero zero am is 2400 hours (military time) or 12:00 am (night time in most locations during most of the year). During some part of the year at the poles, the sun never sets or never rises. When the sun never rises or it is dark, there will be no shadow. When the sun is present, the shadow of an object depends on the angle of the sunlight & the height of the object.
