You can work for 20 Hours aweek during study visa in US
i was applying my student visa last week inpersonal but the decision still pending....how many days i will get the response....
A student is only allowed to work a max of 20hrs a week in university employment (i.e. cafeteria worker, lab assistant, researcher, etc...). Private employment of any kind is prohibited- whether it takes place during the week or weekends. The one exception is that a student can have a private job if the student can show unforeseeable extreme financial need.
That's optional, what's important is a passport and a working permit to work abroad.
I am not entirely sure but I know that school started about the second week in August and usually gets out the first few days in June.

it depends how old they are if the are over 15 usually no but under yes
If you are a legal resident of Great Britain and with to visit the United States for a week and do not plan to work while there, you do not need a visa. Your passport will work.
Not Legally.

yes, you need a visa as you are not a british passport holder.

Depends on the type of lab in question. If it is a student lab, 1 week should be enough. If it is for a college or work lab, then preparation can range from 1 week to years.
