It's been a long time since I did this. When I did I think I had to have signed document from the previous owner stating he sold it to you. Maybe it's different now or they don't do it now.Assuming they still do it, try one of these:From within your product, choose Help > Product Registration. (You don't need to have your serial number when you use this option.)Go to this webpage www dot adobe dot com/account/my-products-services.html and click on the "registration page" link about half way down the page. You will have to have your serial number if you do it this way.
