Another incomplete question. It depends entirely on the density of either the contents of the bags, or of the bags the bags themselves if the bags are empty. If the bags contain water, then as there are 1000kg of water in 1 cubic metre there would be 20 X 50kg bags.

Typically bagged or boxed product placed in a shipping container would be in turn on pallets and a forklift would remove the pallets from the container. The only time I have seen 50 kilo bags loaded manually into a container was in developing countries and you would need to get them out the same way they went in - by hand one at a time. In many counties this would be a health and safety issue
