Area of each brick = 9 in * 6 in = 54 sq inches

Therefore number of bricks required = 11088/54 = 205.33...

that is, 206 bricks.

That is the mathematical answer. In real life, though, the answer may depend on the layout. This might require a number of bricks to be cut and that could lead to wastage.
