"Kilobits per second" is a speed ... how fast data is moving from one place to another. "Megabytes" is an

amount of data ... that you put in your wallet or on a CD. There's no way to convert a speed into an amount.

If you had said "10 megabytes per second", then we'd answer:

"10 megabytes per second is a speed equal to 80,000 kilobits per second".

What is 7000kbps?

7000kbps, or kilobits per second, is a speed at which data is transferred. It is equivalent to 875 kB/s (kilobyte per second), a little less than a megabyte per second.

How many bits per second is 2 MB?

2 MB per second equals 16,777,215.9 bits per second.

How many kbps is 10 mbps?

What are Mpbs?

MBPS is Standing for Mega Bytes Per Second. This is a Internet Term. Stands for "Megabits Per Second." One megabit is equal to one million bits or 1,000 kilobits. While "megabit" sounds similar to "megabyte," a megabit is roughly one eighth the size of a megabyte (since there are eight bits in a byte). Mbps is used to measure data transfer speeds of high bandwidth connections, such as Ethernet and cable modems.

You have 2000 songs on your ipod is a 8GB itouch enough?

Two thousand songs to fit in 8 gigabytes would require an average of 4 megabytes per song, what could be possible if you use bitrates lower than 128 kilobits per second.

How many kbps are 7mb?

Which is faster 720 kilobytes per second or 300 megabytes per second?

300 megabytes per second is much faster.

How many bit or equal to 1 kbwhy?

1 kilobit can be either 1000 or 1024 bits. Instead of kilo meaning 1000, as is common in physics, this number is often rounded to 1024 (which is a power of 2). Note that units like kilobits or megabits are not often used in computer science; rather, kilobytes and megabytes are used. (Reminder: 1 byte = 8 bits, usually.) The major exception is in data communication, where the bandwidth - the amount of data transferred per second, popularly known as the "speed" - is measured in kilobits per second or megabits per second. In this context, however, kilo means exactly 1000, not 1024.

What is a mbps cable?

In telecommunications, bit rate or data transfer rate is the average number of bits, characters, or blocks per unit time passing between equipment in a data transmission system. This is typically measured in multiples of the unit bit per second or byte per second.Megabit per secondA megabit per second (Mbit/s, Mb/s, or Mbps; not to be confused with mbit/s which means, literally, millibit per second) is a unit of data transfer rate equal to:1,000,000 bits per second or1,000 kilobits per second or125,000 bytes per second.

How many MB per second are in 2885 kb per second?

How many gigagyte has 6 mega byte per second?

None. A megabyte per second is a transmission RATE, whereas a gigabyte is a static measure.

What speed is faster 126kbps or 1.5mbps?

mbps stands for megabytes per second. So would 100 megabytes per second or 1.5 megabytes per second be faster? A: 100mbps
