Judging by the fact that the question is about an area and there are four measures given, this is a question about the area of a quadrilateral plot.

Unfortunately, for any polygon other than a triangle, the lengths of the sides does not provide enough information to calculate its area. A polygon with more than 3 sides is not rigid and its area can be varied quite considerably. An extreme example is a square which can be flexed into a rhombus, and the rhombus made flatter and flatter until its area approaches zero.
