It all depends on how fit you wish to be. I am a marathon runner. I run about 9 miles 3 days a week. To be natural fit I would suggest taking a walk everyday and running, (a nice semi-long run, 4-6 miles.), once or twice a week depending on if you like it or not.
There is not an actual number of how many people run each day. Thousands of people all over the world run as a form of exercise each day. Some people run daily and others run a few days a week.

I currently run XC, and our coach never has us run on Sundays. I do know that coaches can't make you run on holidays, and days where the temperature is too hot. It is not illegal to run seven days a week, but the coach risks burning out his team and risks any of them getting an injury if he runs them every single day with no time off to rest.
She would run 49km as 7km a day for 7 days = 7 x 7 = 49 (km).
The most effective programs can be found at runnersworld. A beginner should run 5 days a week, and average about 17 to 22.5 miles a week. This is a daily average of 3.5 to 4.5 miles.
depends if you like running or not if your 5 you should go out 1 a week for a really steady jog if your 7 maybe 2 but run slowly if your 9 about 5 if your 20 and above about 6 to 7 but fast running
At the least run 3 miles each day Saturday is an easy day and take Sunday off. With this you should be running about 16-17 miles a week. (Sanandraous) ^wrong. im a decently fast HS runner (17 minute 5K as sophmore). You will want to be putting 30-40 miles a week. take 1 day off. Have 2-3 days of workouts. easy days before/after races and long runs on the other days. If you are in HS your coach should know something about what you need to be doing. 16 miles a week will not make you faster.

There are issues with performing certain forms of work on the Sabbath, so there should be at least one non-Jew on the staff.
- Run 5 or 6 days a week - Run intervals & hills - Basically...HARD WORK.
As long as you are fit and healthy, if you run 12 miles every day, 6 days a week your body will definitely benefit from your hard work. Any exercise is good for the body.
