How many degreesis in a kelvin?

1 Kelvin is equal to 1 Degree Celsius, the only difference is that the so called 'starting point' for degrees is 0 instead of in Kelvins it is 273, so for example 21 degrees in kelvins is 273 + 21 = 294 Kelvin likewise 300 Kelvin converted to Degrees is 300-273 = 27 degrees.

Kelvin is used is some chemistry equations because of the mathematics involved with it wouldn't work with degrees as they can go negative where as kelvins can only go to 0(-273 degrees theoretically the lowest temp achievable)
