Suspecting this is a homework question, you can figure out the answer given this information.

That answer is NOT correct.

If you read the label on the ten ounce can of soup it says "10 oz net wt"

This question is still unresolved. We need a fluid measurement for the soup that weighs 10 ounces.

There are 11 fluid ounces in a 10.5 oz (net wt) can of Campbells Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. I measured twice.

it depends on the can, most cans are at 10-oz.some are larger

1 pound = 16 ounces

3 Ib 2 oz = 3 x 16 + 2 ounces = 50 ounces
