It depends on how much they drink. Maybe somebody in the catering business knows. I'll just guess with a 8 ounce glass, and each person gets 1 refill, that would be 16 ounces per person

50 * 16 oz = 800 oz / (128 oz/gal) = 6.25 gallons.
But then again, this is based on my assumption above.
