Radius of the pipe = 18 inches

Length of the pipe = 1,200 inches

231 cubic inches = 1 gallon

Volume of the pipe = (pi) (18)2 (1200) = 1,221,451 cubic inches = 5,287.67 gallons

That's the volume of the pipe. I have no way to know how much oil may be in it.
