Easy its 64 gallons all you have to do is multiply length by width by height which in this case is 4x4x4=64. hope this helps

The container's volume is 64 cubic feet (not 64 gallons).

64 cubic feet = 64 x 1728 = 110,592 cubic inches

The U.S. gallon = 231 cubic inches

110,592 / 231 = 478.75 U.S. gallons in a 4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft container.

For Imperial gallons divide by 277.42 instead of 231.

Volume = 4 x 4 x 4 = 64 cubic feet = 478.753 gallons (rounded)

That's the volume of the container. There's no way for me to know

how much water is in it just now. It could even be empty.

40 feet x 40 feet x 2 feet = 3200 ft^3

There are approximately 7.48 gallons in 1 cubic foot. (conversion from Google)

so 3200 ft^3 is equal to 23,936 gallons.
