It would depend upon the length of the pipe but also on its diameter (which you have given). Let us suppose that the diameter of the inside of the pipe is 4 feet. Then its radius will be 2 feet.

The volume of the pipe is found by multiplying the cross-sectional area of the pipe( which is circular) by its length. The area of a circle is pi x (radius squared).

So the volume in cubic feet is length x cross section area = pi x (2squared)sq.ft. x 1ft = 3.142 x 4 x 1 =12.568 cubic feet

Each cubic foot equals about 6.3 gallons so the total number of gallons in that pie = 12.568 x 6.23 = 78.30 gallons.
