Approximately the same as ever. There is no new water being added to the earth nor taken away. It simply goes round in the water cycle. Evaporation, rain, run-off, evaporation. Some of it may be locked into ice or in aquifers for a while but that is only temporary. What we and other living things "drink" is also only temporarily taken out of this cycle.

The total amount of water in the form of saline, fresh, ice, vapour on the surface, in the atmosphere and in aquifers is approx 4*1020 or 400 quintillion gallons.
