Lunch
The answer obviously depends on which 8 hours you work!
you could read it in your free time at lunch or coffee break, just not during working hours , these are the hours you are getting paid to work , not to read the bible or anything else.
I doubt that it has to be...(just note that 30 minutes is not a lunch "hour")...you have a certain amount of hours you have to work per day. it can be chosen to include a lunchtime period or you can choose to go home earlier or come to work later...thats how it works for me...
You don't have to take lunch no matter how much I work.
no, if you work 7 hours you should be able to get a 1 hour lunch
6am to noon = 6 hours noon to 3pm = 3 hours 6 + 3 = 9 = 8 + 1 8 hours work 1 hour lunch 15:00 - 06:00 = 09:00
30 hours.
Yes, due to the fact if u work in the heat all day they MUST let u sit down and eat or just let u cool off for a few minutes. This depends on how many hours you work in a day. If you work 6 hours in a day your employer is required to give you a 30 minute break for lunch, if you work 4 hours, then they are required to give you a 15 minute break-- both of these can be paid or unpaid, that is up to your employer
Typically there is one break for a 0-4 hour day, one break and one half hour lunch for 6-7 hours and for 8 hours usually two breaks and one hour lunch. Usually breaks / lunches are given somewhere around every two hours depending on the work place / type of work/ and state location. These are typical and used many places but each state has different laws that can dictate more or less. For instance some states require an hour lunch per 8 hours work while others require only a half hour lunch. 2 -10min breaks 1 30 min lunch break
Lunch
From 7:00am to 3:30pm is 8 hours and 30 mins and if you take an hour break then you will work for 7.5 hours.
It depends on the job. Full-time people in Mexico generally work 9 hours, receiving 1 paid, 60-minute break for lunch. People refer to this as an 8-hour shift.
The answer obviously depends on which 8 hours you work!
168 hours available because, we know that we have 24 hours in each day and we know that a week is 7 days. Okay let's multiply 24 x 7 = 168. however a typical work day is 8 hours (not counting for lunch) and a typical work week is 5 days = 40 hours how many work hours is normal for you would depend on your job.
