A kilometre is a measure of linear displacement while a degree [rotation] is a measure of angular displacement. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.

For any angular rotation, the linear displacement is directly proportional to the distance from the centre of rotation.
