That's going to depend on what day you get paid.
I get paid twice a month, so for me, NO months in 2013 have 5 pay days. Or even 3.
UPDATE:
"Or even 3."
This is not true, if you get paid bi-weekly. If you get paid on Thursday, your "extra" month will be either January/August or May/October(All four if you get paid weekly). If you get paid Friday, its May/August or March/November (All four if you get paid weekly).
If payday is Friday, there were five months with five Fridays in 2010.
If payday is Friday, there were four months with five Fridays in 2012.
That depends on your pay cycle. There are four months with 5 Fridays in 2013. If your first payday is January 11, May and November are would be three paycheck months for 2013. Or If your first payday is January 4, March and August would be your three paycheck months for 2013.

You'll need to define your terms. None of the months in any year have five full weeks. Some, like March and June of 2013, have five weekends. If you are counting paydays, and Friday is payday, March, May, August and November of 2013 have five Fridays.
In 2013, there are four.
-- If you get paid every 7 days on the same day of the week, then it depends which day of the week is pay day. In 2013 ... Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday . . . . 4 months with 5 paydays Tuesday . . . . . 5 months with 5 paydays Friday . . . . . . . 3 months with 5 paydays Saturday . . . . . 2 months with 5 paydays
In 2013, four of them do.It's not the same every year.
