Chocolate, while mostly sugar and plant fats, is a) good for you - chocolate is a good antioxidant and can lower high blood pressure and b) too expensive to eat a lot of. Chocolate addicts however might be addicted to other sweets as well, in addition to other good tasting foods, which often are very unhealthy.
