Day1 + Day6 = Day2 + Day5 = Day3 + Day4 = Day1 + Day1 + 20
The sum of these three pairs is all six days = 150, so each pair is 50.
So 2*Day1 + 20 = 50 which gives Day1 = 15
Answer: 15, 19, 23, 27, 31 and 35.
The approach shown works, but is not what most teachers at this level would be looking for. This is another option:
Day 1 = X
Day 2 = X + 4
Day 3 = X + 8
Day 4 = X + 12
Day 5 = X + 16
Day 6 = X + 20
150 = 6X + 60
150-60 = 6X
90 = 6X
15 = X

Day 4 = 27
Day 5 = 31
