An 'hour' is an artificial measure of time. An hour consists of 3600 seconds. It does not matter where you measure those seconds, unless the planet's gravity somehow affects on the quartz's beat. Venus is roughly similar sized to Earth, so there should not be a difference at all.
However the 'day' and 'year' of a planet vary a lot depending on the how fast a planet rotates around it's own axis (the day) and how far it is from it's star AKA how long it takes to orbit the star (the year). In Venus' case a year is only 224,7 Earth days long. The Venus day is also long, 243 Earth days, because of the slow rotation around it's own axis.
One could say Venus is the only known planet in our Solar system where it's day is longer than it's year. Venus also rotates around it's axis on the opposite direction than other planets.
A minute will be sixty seconds - whether on Venus or elsewhere.
