Depending on your weight, an average 200 pound man has to do about 752 sit ups to lose a pound.
The abdominal muscles called rectus abdominis are the ones that work hard to enable you to flex your abdomen when doing sit-ups. Other muscles used while doing sit-ups are the external oblique's, tensor fasciae latae and rectus femora's.
your tummy hurts because your muscles in your core start to hurt. not as much if you are a strong and healthy
The rectus abdominis, the transverse abdominis, internal and external obliques

My guess is that laughing causes your ab muscles to contract (mostly the rectus abominus), and they can start hurting from muscle fatigue (similar if you do too many sit ups). Your breathing also gets messed up when you are laughing, so maybe they cramp up faster because of lack of oxygen too.
by excersing like sit ups push ups 25% or belly ups
you should do 3000... 1000 is one pound..
It changes with monetary ups and downs. Right now $1.52 American equals 1 English Pound.
It would be practically impossible to lose weight just with exercise alone. An average person weighing 145 lbs. would need to perform a total of 17,500 sit-ups in order to burn a pound of fat which is equivalent to 3500 calories. This is why doctors recommend combining diet and exercise.
