You need to know the fuel consumption in miles per gallon (mpg) at 70mph.

Trip distance (1006.5) divided by mpg = gallons required.

Number of fill-ups = gallons required divided by tank capacity (to be rounded to nearest full tank)

example:

If you get 20mpg at 70mph,

1006.15 miles / 20mpg = 50.3075 gallons required.

50.3075 gal / 15 gal tank = 3.3538 tanks required = 4 fill-ups

You will have 4 minus 3.3538 = 0.6462 tank capacity left when you arrive.

(0.6462 x 15 = 9.7 gal leftover)

How many times will you need to fill up for gas going 99.91 miles going 55 miles an hour with a 19 miles per gallon on a 9 gallon tank?

At 19 miles per gallon times 9 gallons you can travel 171 miles on a full tank. You will not need to fill up only once (and that would be at the start of your journey) if you need to travel only 99.91 miles (= less than 171 miles). The speed of 55 mph is not part of the solution.

How do i find out how many times will you have to fill up my tank going 352.30 miles with a 14 miles per gallon tank?

You need to know the capacity of your tank - which, in your case, would be in gallons and the fuel efficiency of your vehicle - which would be in miles per gallon. The capacity or volume of a tank cannot be measured in miles per gallon.
