At the Puzzle Door of Mordred's castle, you have to press 10 of the 20 tiles just once to flip them all over, but you can only press a certain 10 tiles. Press all four tiles in the 2nd row. Press the middle two tiles in the 3rd row. Press all four tiles in the 4th row. If they are not all turned over by this, reset by leaving the puzzle and starting again.
To create a herringbone pattern, start by laying the first row of tiles at a 45-degree angle to the wall. Then, lay the next row of tiles in the opposite direction, forming a V-shape. Continue alternating the direction of the tiles in each row until the desired herringbone pattern is achieved.
To lay a herringbone pattern effectively, start by laying the first row of tiles at a 45-degree angle to the wall. Then, place the next row of tiles at a 90-degree angle to the first row, creating a zigzag pattern. Continue alternating the direction of the tiles in each row until the desired area is covered. Make sure to use spacers to maintain even spacing between the tiles and ensure a uniform look. Finally, cut tiles as needed to fit along the edges of the pattern for a clean finish.
You can arrange them in one row or column of 11 tiles, identifying the number as prime.
You just have to keep clicking the tiles randomly until the picture is clear. then you will access to inside the castle.Or you could stop clicking them randomly, reset them, and click on these 10 panels once each : all four panels in the 2nd row, the middle two in the 3rd row, and all four in the 4th row. (There is seldom anything random on Poptropica.)
Since 16 inches is 1.25 feet, you'll need 63 tiles and you'll have to cut one row on each side to fit.

You need to work out the tiling pattern first. Sometimes you can start with a whole tile in a corner, but often the pattern looks better if you have the same size part tiles all the way round - if the whole area is visible, part tiles one side and whole the other looks odd, particularly with large tiles. You also want to avoid a row at the edge that is very narrow part tiles. Work out how many part tiles are needed and how many tiles they must be cut from. After that, calculate the area to be covered in whole tiles and divide by the area of a tile, altghough most boxes of tiles state the coverage - something like 12 tiles per square metre or whatever. Then add 10% to the total. You will often have to buy complete boxes too.

Having tiles untold bathrooms I always do the floor LAST this saves dropping tiles etc on to the nice new expensive tile. However, when tiling the walls first leave out the bottom row of wall tile (here you can place your straight edge datum, put in the floor tile then set that last row of wall tile and leave a 1/8" gap between the floor and wall tiles and fill with same water proof grout as the floor tiles have
