It depends upon what liquid the quart is.

A quart is a measure of (liquid) VOLUME

A kilogram is a measure of MASS

Mass and Volume are related by DENSITY:

Density = mass / volume

So, depending upon the density of the substance that makes up the quart the mass in kilograms of 1 quart will vary.

That depends what's in the quart of volume.

If the quart is empty, then it contains zero mass.

If the quart is full of air, then the mass in it is a very small part of 1 kilogram.

If the quart contains water, then there's very roughly 1 kilogram of mass in it.

If the quart volume is full of stones, gold, or lead, then the mass in it may be several kilograms.
