My home averages about 3k watts each hour.
The number that tells you how much electrical energy a machine will use in one year of average use is called the annual energy consumption in kilowatt-hours (kWh). It is a measure of the total energy the machine consumes over the course of a year if used normally.
They use way to much energy, but what would we do with out google. :)
To save energy, unplug all of your devices when not in use. This phantom energy accounts for much energy used throughout the year and adds up. Turn off all lights when not in use, and be smart about using the heat, if electric.
Australia uses fossil fuels (coal, oil, natural gas), solar energy, hydroelectric energy and wind-generated power.
Tokyo consumes approximately 110 billion kilowatt-hours of energy per year. This energy is primarily sourced from a combination of nuclear, natural gas, and renewable energy sources.
You may be able to find out the answer to this question by going to the DoE website. Just a thought.
Like a lot of energy you use.
A typical car uses about 2,000 to 4,000 kilowatt-hours of energy per year during operation.
about 100,000,000 a year
not much
7% energy plants use. I don't know how much they store though.
Energy efficient refrigerators use 75% less energy than one made in the 1970's. You could save up to $100 a year.
