Well it depends on how tall you are, what type of gender, and what type of body you have. Usually for a female it is 5 pounds for every inch after 5 feet, so if you were 5 foot five inches the normal weight would be 125 pounds. For a male it is 7 pounds for every inch after 5 feet, so if you were 5 foot 5 inches a healthy weight would be 135 pounds.

I am a 17 year old, 5 foot 10 inch male. I am an athlete so I weigh 160 pounds but I have less then 8% body fat. If you are not an athlete anywhere from 140-160 should be an optimal range.
Only your family doctor should answer that. An olympic runner and a pro wrestler of the same height certainly will not weigh the same. Neither in general are out of shape, yet they are both considered athletes......Tricky question!!
