The average person should be getting around 8 hours of sleep but teenager's sometime's need more. I would sudgest a steady 9 hours of sleep.
My doctor has told me that tweens need 9 hours of sleep a night! A Sleep Doctor should tell you to sleep 10 hours of sleep not 9 hours. Now Adult can sleep up to 6 hours, there bodys don't need that much sleep:)
It is above average, but everyone sleeps differently. Teenagers sleep much more than adults do, and many things can lead to fatigue and drowziness that can cause someone to sleep so much.
